A car at your disposal: the arrangement that actually helps

A transfer from A to B is the easy part. A real working day is three appointments in three different districts, a lunch that overruns and a meeting that ends half an hour late.

That is why the arrangement companies use most is not the single trip but the car at your disposal: half a day or a full day, with car and driver staying with you and moving as you move. You do not book each leg, you do not have to guess the timings the day before, and if the programme changes it changes with you.

The price is set on the programme, not by the kilometre: we give you the half-day or full-day figure before it starts, and it stays that figure even if the traffic behaves worse than expected.

Trips, guests and recurring shuttles

Trips outside Bologna. Milan, Florence, Modena, Parma: long routes are on the price list and apply per vehicle. Anyone with a five a.m. departure or a return after the last train will find the typical case on the Bologna–Milan page.

Incoming guests and clients. We meet them at Marconi airport or at the station with a name sign, tracking the flight or the train. Your guest does not have to phone anyone, and you do not have to send anyone to collect them.

Recurring shuttles. Trade fair weeks, training courses, site work: the same route repeated for several days, with vehicles in parallel when the numbers require it. See minibus and groups.

Open account and electronic invoicing

For clients who use us regularly we open an account: journeys accumulate and are settled at the end of the month with a single electronic invoice, accompanied by a statement of services — date, route, passenger, amount.

It serves a concrete purpose: your finance office does not have to chase scattered receipts or ask each colleague what a given expense was. If you have cost centres or projects to separate, tell us and we will show them in the statement.

For a one-off trip, on the other hand, the invoice is issued in the normal way, made out to the company. There is no need to open an account for a single journey.

Confidentiality

People talk in cars, make calls, read documents. That is normal, and it is why some companies prefer the same driver every time rather than a different vehicle each trip.

What we can guarantee: discretion as a rule of service — no conversation repeated, no name mentioned, no photographs — and, where your legal department requires it, a signed non-disclosure agreement. For delegations and agencies we also work white-label: signage with your logo and no negotiation on board.

What it costs, and how to start

Fixed routes are on the price list, per vehicle and not per person:

To open an account we need the company name, VAT number and the recipient code for electronic invoicing. No minimum spend, no annual contract: if you do not call us for two months, nothing happens.
