Your driver is in the arrivals hall before you come through, holding a sign with your name. No phone calls, no walking to a car park, no queue: collect your luggage, find us, and you are in the car within a minute.

Marconi has a single passenger terminal, so there is no risk of waiting in the wrong place. If you would rather meet somewhere else — the departures level is often easier when arrivals is busy — just say so when you book.

For anyone arriving from abroad: our drivers speak English and Arabic, as well as French and Spanish. It is the first thing you need when you land in a country you do not know.

If the flight is late, the waiting is already paid for

When you book we ask for your flight number. This is why: we track the aircraft, and waiting time starts from the actual landing, not from the time printed on your ticket. The first 60 minutes are included — passport control and the baggage belt.

That means a two-hour delay costs you nothing and does not lose you the car. It is the main difference from a taxi booked for a fixed time, which by then has gone.

What it costs

Fares to and from Marconi are fixed and include fuel, tolls, parking and VAT. The price is per car, not per person.

This is the point that gets missed when comparing with public transport: the people mover linking the airport to the central station is charged per passenger, and it leaves you at the station, not at your door. For two people with luggage, and one more leg still to go, the totals close in fast — and the car takes you to the exact address.

Departures: what time we collect you

The rule we work to, unless you tell us otherwise: be at the terminal two hours before a European flight and three before a long-haul one, and calculate the journey on the traffic at that time of day, not on an empty road.

From the centre to the airport is under twenty minutes at night and can become forty at eight on a weekday morning. Give us the flight number and we will propose the pick-up time ourselves, so you do not have to work it out.
