What a chauffeur costs from Bologna
The routes we drive most often, with their price band. These are indicative estimates: the final figure is confirmed to you in writing before departure, and after that it does not move.
How the price is built
The fare is fixed and agreed before departure. There is no meter, so traffic, queues and detours do not push the bill up: if we sit still on the ring road, that is our problem.
Fuel, motorway tolls, parking and VAT are already inside the price. There are no night or holiday surcharges, and child seats are free.
The price is per car, not per person: a sedan costs the same whether there is one of you or three.

If your route is not listed
The list covers the most frequent requests, not everything we do. We go to any city in Italy or abroad, and for destinations outside the list we prepare a tailored quote: send us the route and we reply, usually within the hour.
We also run hourly disposal — half a day or a full day with car and driver staying wherever they are needed — and itineraries such as the Motor Valley or the wine hills, which are priced by the day rather than by the single journey.
For agencies
For agencies, tour operators, hotels and travel designers we reserve a dedicated B2B tariff on recurring routes, with a single monthly invoice and a white-label service: our drivers never discuss prices or make arrangements with the passenger.

About prices
Why a band rather than one figure?
Because the final price depends on details we only know once you book: exact address, time, luggage, stops. The band gives you the order of magnitude straight away; the exact figure is confirmed in writing.
Can the price change during the journey?
No. Once agreed, the fare is the fare: traffic, queues and detours do not raise it.
Are there night or holiday surcharges?
No. The service runs 24 hours a day, public holidays included, at the same fare.
How do I pay?
Cash or card on board, or a bank transfer in advance. For companies we issue electronic invoices and can run an open account settled monthly.
Is the price per person?
No, per car. It only changes if you need a larger vehicle.
