It is not only the couple’s car
Almost everyone who calls us is thinking about the wedding car, and then realises how many more movements there are: the parents, the witnesses, the grandparents who no longer drive, the guests landing the day before, and the evening run home for anyone who has had a drink and was right not to get behind the wheel.
It can all be covered by one vehicle making several trips, or by several in parallel when the times overlap. We decide together looking at the day’s schedule, not at a price list.
How we prepare the day
A survey of the times, not the kilometres. We need the addresses and times for the church or town hall, the restaurant and any photo stops. From there we work out real timings, with margin for the traffic on that day and at that hour.
The car arrives early. We turn up ahead of the agreed time: on a wedding day nobody should be checking their watch wondering where the car is.
Cleaned and prepared that morning. Vehicle washed and sanitised the same day, dark paintwork, driver in a dark suit. If the dress is a large one, the people carrier has sliding doors and you step in without bending: a detail you only understand afterwards, and by then it is too late.
One point of contact. We agree everything with you or with your planner, and on the day there is a single number to call.
Guests arriving from elsewhere
If you have guests landing at Marconi or arriving at the station, we can look after them in the days around the ceremony too: we track the flights, so a delay does not wreck the logistics.
It is far easier to organise as a block than as separate calls: send us the list of arrivals and we will prepare a single plan with prices.
Christenings, graduations and anniversaries
The same applies to other ceremonies, where the problem is often not the principals’ car but getting older relatives there without making them walk or change vehicles. Door to door, with someone to help them in and out.

How far ahead should we book?
As soon as you have the date and the addresses. On weekends in May, June and September availability across the city goes months in advance.
Do you decorate the car with flowers?
The floral arrangement is your florist’s job, since they know your theme; we provide the car clean and let them fit it. Just tell us it is happening so we arrive with time to spare.
How long does the car stay with us?
As long as you need: we agree a time window rather than a number of journeys. If the day runs long, so does the service.
Can you run several vehicles at once?
Yes, when movements overlap. Send us the schedule for the day and we will tell you how many vehicles you actually need — often fewer than people expect.
