What everyone asks.
Will the driver wait if my flight is late?
Yes. I track the flight from the number you give me when booking: waiting time starts from the actual landing, not the scheduled one, and the first 60 minutes are included.
How do I pay?
Cash or card directly on board, or a bank transfer in advance. Companies get electronic invoicing and can run an open account settled monthly.
Are child seats available?
Yes, approved seats at no extra charge. Tell me the child’s age when you book so I can fit the right one.
Can I cancel?
Up to 24 hours before, you pay nothing. Inside 24 hours, talk to me: if I can fill the slot with another job I charge you nothing.
Can the price change during the journey?
No. The agreed fare covers fuel, tolls, parking and VAT. Traffic, queues and detours do not push the bill up.
What is the difference between this and a taxi?
A chauffeur service is booked in advance and starts from its own garage, while a taxi is hailed in the street. In exchange you already know who is driving, which car turns up and what it costs.
